Authenticity and condition policy

Patch_Chaser sells pre-owned collectible items. Every item is physically received and inspected before listing, and product photographs show the actual item offered for sale.

We do not sell items that we reasonably believe to be counterfeit, stolen, replica, reproduced, materially altered without disclosure, or materially misdescribed.

Inspection is based on the physical item, available provenance information, supplier representations, photographs, and visible characteristics. Unless expressly stated in a specific listing, our inspection does not mean that HYROX or any event organiser has endorsed, approved, or authenticated the item.

If you believe an item is counterfeit, incorrect, materially different from its description, or otherwise not as advertised, contact us immediately at hello@patchchaser.com with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

Condition grades we use

• New / unused
• Excellent pre-owned
• Good pre-owned
• Visible wear
• Damaged

Condition notes on each listing disclose all visible defects we found during inspection.
