Patch_Chaser is the seller of items displayed for sale on this website. It sources and resells pre-owned physical collectible items. Patch_Chaser is independent and is not the manufacturer, event organiser, trademark owner, official retailer, agent, licensee, or representative of HYROX unless expressly stated in writing.

Third-party trademarks are used only where necessary to identify a genuine pre-owned item. No use of a third-party trademark on this website is intended to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, approval, affiliation, partnership, or authorisation.

Every item is physically received, inspected and photographed by Patch_Chaser before listing. Listings show the exact item for sale, a condition grade, and condition notes disclosing visible wear, damage or alterations. See the Authenticity and Condition Policy.

Items are pre-owned collectibles. Minor variation in colour, stitching, backing and wear is normal and is not a defect unless it materially differs from the listing photographs and notes.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout in USD using the payment methods shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud or legal reasons — and will refund any amount already paid.

Orders are packed and dispatched from London, United Kingdom. See the Shipping Policy for methods, charges, estimates, tracking, duties and taxes.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law, as set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Site content, store photography and text are owned by Patch_Chaser. Third-party names, marks and logos remain the property of their owners and are referenced only descriptively to identify genuine pre-owned items.

• Submitting counterfeit, replica, stolen or unlawfully obtained items.
• Providing false identity, provenance, condition or ownership information.
• Reselling our store photography or content without permission.
• Fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, or return substitution.
• Scraping, disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patch_Chaser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of collectible or speculative value. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Please contact hello@patchchaser.com first with your order number so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
