Shipping policy

Shipping is paid by the buyer and is charged in addition to the item price. At checkout you choose a carrier — DHL, FedEx or UPS — and the carrier fee, estimated delivery time and tracking availability for that service are shown before payment. Patch_Chaser dispatches your order within 2 business days of payment.

We use tracked shipping where available. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local fees imposed by the destination country, unless the checkout page states otherwise.
