Returns and refunds policy

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

If you wish to exercise any applicable cancellation or return right, contact hello@patchchaser.com within the applicable period after delivery with your order number.

If an item is incorrect, materially different from its listing, damaged in transit, or reasonably suspected to be counterfeit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This reporting request helps us investigate quickly and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Returned items must be sent back with tracking where instructed, in the same condition in which they were received, without new damage, alteration, cleaning, or substitution. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to applicable law.
