How we inspect

Every item sold by Patch_Chaser is physically received before it is listed for sale. We inspect the item's condition, photograph the actual item, record an inventory ID, and disclose visible wear, damage, or alterations in the listing.

We review available provenance information where provided by the supplier. However, unless a listing expressly says otherwise, Patch_Chaser does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, approval from, or authentication by HYROX or any event organiser.

We may reject, remove, or refund an item where there is a reasonable concern about authenticity, ownership, condition, legality, or material mismatch with its listing.
