I confirm that all information, photographs, provenance details, and condition disclosures I provide are accurate.

I understand that Patch_Chaser may inspect and reject any item. If an item is reasonably suspected to be counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, materially misdescribed, or otherwise non-compliant, Patch_Chaser may cancel the purchase, withhold any unpaid amount where permitted by law, seek reimbursement for losses caused by inaccurate statements, and make a report where legally required.
